Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is expired, or
- You received the wrong item
- You can provide proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us at info@pillarstones.com within 7 days. If your request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The product is expired, or
- You received the wrong item
This allows us to quickly review the issue and make it right.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
- We do not accept returns for items damaged during shipping, as all products are carefully inspected before being sent. If your order was damaged in transit, please reach out so we can assist you with a claim.
- Sale items or special offers cannot be returned.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to complete a return (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
